ACD Agents

The Agent is provided with a real-time task bar icon showing the number
of calls in queue and oldest call waiting. This icon does not interfere with
the programs that they are running on their PC, sitting discreetly at the bottom
of the PC screen

The agent can view as many groups as they wish simultaneously in the above picture, there are 2 groups
