Setup the Samsung Systems as follows:
If connecting via IP
In MMC 829 set Items [1], [2], and [6] to Destination BOTH and then reset LAN Card
In MMC 725 turn ON or set to YES all options except Page header and Hotel related options
In MMC 210 make sure PERI UCD RPT is ON, but PERI SIO is OFF
If connecting via Serial cable
In MMC 804 set output to SMDR/UCD
In MMC 725 turn on all options except Page header and Hotel related options
In MMC 210 make sure PERI UCD RPT is ON, and PERI SIO is ON
Supervisor phone programming
Create a Supervisor (SP) key on a Samsung handset
Press this key and enter the first Group number.
Go to Admin>Print>Auto>On>Hourly and then 59
This will instruct the Samsung system to print the ACD statisitics that
PABXsoft uses in the Agent and Group Summary reports each hour.
Then exit and re-enter
Admin>Clear>Auto>On>Daily>00:01
This will instruct the Samsung system to reset the data each morning at just after
midnight. It must be done at this time otherwise the Agent and Group Summary reports will
not work correctly.
PABXSoft Set-up
ACD Groups and Members
Open Reports>Maintenance>ACD Groups and create a name for each group and assign the agents.
With Call Collector running, log-in and out each agent so that PABXSoft recognises their current state.
(The Samsung system sends the information about who is logged in or out only once at the moment
that they press their In/Out button. If the Call Collector is not running when they do this the event will be
missed by PABXSoft and their status will be incorrectly dispayed in the Supervisor screen)
