Check-In/Out of guests with real time screen showing when they checked in, current call charges (updated
every 10 seconds), linked extensions (where there the guest is responsible for payment for another room)

Room status -Occupied, Ready (cleaned and ready for re-letting), Vacant (uncleaned)

Check Out screen

Clicking on 'Check Out' automatically produces the guest account
