JetComp is a MicroSoft utility to repair and compact corrupted Access databases.
Download it here.... (recommend 'Save to Desktop')
Important.
Close all PABXSoft programs down that might be accessing the database (Reports, Call Collector/Call Collector Windows Service, and any PABXSoft programs running on other computers on your network).
Nothing is allowed to be accessing the database when the utility is run.
1. Double Click the downloaded file (see above) JetComp.EXE and run it.
Click on the Browse button next to “Database to Compact From (Source)" and locate your current pabxcalls database…e.g.
C:\Program Files\PABXsoft\Call Collector\Data\pabxcalls.mdb) for 32 bit Windows systems
or
C:\Program Files(X86)\PABXsoft\Call Collector\Data\pabxcalls.mdb) for 64bit Windows systems
Now click the browse button next to “Database to Compact into (Destination)" and double click the pabxcalls.mdb file again BUT click in the field and add the letters NEW in front of pabxcalls..see screen capture below

Then click "Destination is 3.x database format
Now Click the Compact button
This will create a replacement, repaired and compacted database called NEWpabxcalls.mdb.
All you have to do now, is right click the existing pabxcalls.mdb database and select ‘rename’ and change the name to, for instance, OLDpabxcalls.mdb, and then right click the NEWpabxcalls.mdb file and select ’rename’ and remove the NEW so it is called just pabxcalls.mdb
(PABXSoft will only work with a database called pabxcalls so that’s why you have to do the re-naming).
Then re-start whichever Call Collector you were running.
