If you are unable to find a solution on the FAQ page please either purchase telephone support (see below) or send an email to supportanz@pabxsoft.com .We will endeavour to reply to email support questions within 24 hours.

Refund guarantee
At the discretion of PABXSoft staff only, we will refund support payments as we deem appropriate in the event that the issue you are encountering is directly related to an error (bug) in our software. Tens of thousands of people use PABXSoft around the World, without issue and we are confident that it is free of bugs, but now and again, we accept that the fault lies with us. In most cases, issues are to do with customer's computers, networks, security, anti-virus, or cabling and the telephone system itself. Whilst we will endeavour to assist resolve each and every issue, irrespective of cause to the best of our ability, we hope you understand that the time involved in fixing issues not directly related to our software is something we must charge for.
