Technical support to end users is available if you have purchased a current support agreement. If you have purchased an agreement, please quote the 6 digit support reference number you were given.

If you do not have an agreement (and over 90% of our customers have not purchased one), then support is available through...

(1) The telephone equipment dealer who sold you PABXSoft

(2) Our FAQ page (almost every question regarding PABXSoft issues is addressed on this page) and it is updated regularly as we become aware of new issues and solutions. If you are unable to find a solution on the FAQ page please either purchase telephone support (see below) or send an email to supportuk@pabxsoft.com .We will endeavour to reply to email support questions within 24 hours.

(3) Purchasing either annual support (£250 + VAT) or One-Time only support (£50 + VAT)

At the discretion of PABXSoft staff only, we will refund support payments as we deem appropriate in the event that the issue you are encountering is directly related to an error (bug) in our software. Tens of thousands of people use PABXSoft around the World, without issue and we are confident that it is free of bugs, but now and again, we accept that the fault lies with us. In most cases, issues are to do with customer's computers, networks, security, anti-virus, or cabling and the telephone system itself. Whilst we will endeavor to assist resolve each and every issue, irrespective of cause to the best of our ability, we hope you understand that the time involved in fixing issues not directly related to our software is something we must charge for.
