MMC830
IP Address - (eg 192.168.01.20)
Subnet Mask - typically 255.255.255.0
LAN Gateway - eg 192.168.1.3
Card Reset - YES

If you are not using PABXSoft ACD ignore items marked in blue

MMC 829
1. SMDR - Destination set to PC (Port 5100)
2. UCD Report - Destination set to PC (Port 5101)
6. Periodic UCD - Destination set to PC (Port 5105)

then Update LAN - YES

MMC 725 . Turn on all options except Page header
MMC 210 . PERI UCD Report On and turn OFF PERI UCD SIO
MMC 501. PERI UCD Report. Set to 03 sec

Assign ACD Group Supervisor key to keyset(s) and set up auto clearing of data at 23:59pm each night, and auto-printing every hour. (If you do not do this, then the Reports in aCD Supervisor will not work.

PABXSoft set-up

Make sure that you are running the LATEST Call Collector and Reports upgrades

Open Reports/Setup/Site and click 'Edit' and then select 'IP Address'
Enter the IP address of the telephone system (eg 192.168.1.20)

If any of the entries are less than 3 digits then press 'Delete' after each entry.
(e.g. 192.168.
1 + delete key twice.20 + delete key once). Do not enter leading zeros (eg enter 3 not 03)


Enter the Port number 5100 (Ports 5101 and 5105 are picked up automatically)
Ignore User name and password.


PABXSoft Reports setup.
Maintenance Menu
1. ACD Group Name Maintenance. Add each Group Number and a SHORT name (Max 8 characters). Save and then re-edit to enter any DDI numbers that are directed to the ACD Group. (Or Trunk numbers if no DDI numbers are assigned)
2. ACD Group Members. Add Extensions that are members of each Group. You sshould have already entered these Extensions and Names in 'Extension names' in the Maintenance menu.

Then close down Reports and start up the Call Collector. Make some calls into the ACD Group, log members in and out a and then start up ACD Supervisor.

Troubleshooting

Test that you are receiving data using Hyper Terminal as follows

Start/Run/hypertrm
Name - PABXSoft IP, OK
Connect Using - TCP/IP(Winsock), OK
Host Address - The IP address of the iDCS (eg 192.168.1.20)
Port Number - 5100, OK

At this stage data should appear in the Hyper Terminal window when calls are
completed. You should also see Log in/out events (if not check your programming in MMC 725 and 829

Establish a new connection but this time to Port 5101
Do a manual print from ACD Supervisor key (Admin/Print/ManualYes)
A REport from the telephone system should appear.

Establish a new connection but this time to port 5105
Periodic UCD data (~510=4=1=45=2=6=20=2=2=1=10) should appear every 3 seconds. If not check programming in MMC 829, 210, 501 as described above.
