Reports

Data not appearing in Reports
If you do not see data in Reports then the most common reason is that the Call Collector is not running or has frozen.
See FAQ on Call Collector and Call Collector - Windows Service

Other reasons
The database size alert warning you to archive has been ignored for too long and the database has exceeded the maximum capacity of 1 gigabyte.

There are some settings in the Report you are trying to run that (eg Date range, Extension range, Greater than Cost etc) that are giving a Nil return.

Help button
Did you know that there is a Help function within every report that takes you to a specific web page describing that report?

Call Types in Reports
A common question is what do the IN-I, IN-T,IN-AB,O,EXFD call types shown on some of the reports mean...

'IN-I' ---Incoming call INITIAL. The first (and possibly only) record of an answered incoming call
'IN-T' ---Incoming call TRANSFER. An incoming call that has been completed after a transfer.
'OUT'--- Outgoing call
'IN-AB'---Abandoned (unanswered incoming call)
'IN-TF'---Internal call transfer. This is simply a record of a transfer between two extensions.
'EXFD'---External Call forward (e.g. re-direct to a mobile/cell phone)
